CoordinaTEF acts as the coordination backbone for the various TEFs (Testing and Experimentation Facilities) in Europe. Its main job is to spot shared challenges across TEFs and facilitate joint solutions. This not only makes each TEF more competitive but also saves costs by avoiding duplicated efforts.
While each TEF works in its specific sector, namely healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and smart cities and communities, they all share a common goal: to strengthen Europe's leadership in AI and robotics.
This entails helping to roll out homegrown tech, building public trust, ensuring alignment with EU laws and values, supporting European intellectual property, and boosting Europe’s digital independence.
