Step 1.

Connect

Every journey begins with a challenge.

Perhaps your company is struggling to validate an AI model in real conditions, or you’re unsure how your technology fits with upcoming EU regulations. Maybe you just need to prove to investors that your solution works.

Within days, you’ll receive a response to set up a first exploratory meeting to understand your needs and how we can help.

Step 2.

Scoping and Definition

Once we connect, our experts work side-by-side with you to understand your goals, technology maturity, and target market.

Together, we define what success looks like for your project.
Through a short discovery session, we assess:

  • What kind of testing or validation your AI solution needs,
  • Which of our facilities, datasets, or testbeds are the best fit, and
  • How we can support you on the path to compliance and market readiness.

You’ll then receive a tailored service proposal that could include physical testing in real farming environments, virtual simulations, or consulting support on AI performance and ethics.

Once we agree on the scope and schedule, a Non Disclosure Agreement is signed to ensure openness and safety between parties before moving forward to execution.

Step 3.

Service Execution

Now the real work begins.

With your contract signed, you gain access to Europe’s most advanced testing infrastructures for AI in agri-food  from robotics test fields to sensor networks and data integration labs.

Our specialists guide you through every step, ensuring your AI system performs safely and efficiently under realistic conditions.

Depending on your project, this phase can include:
