  1. Before starting detailed discussions, an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) agreement is signed to ensure confidentiality and trust between parties.
  2. Identify and select the services that best match your needs in the TEF-Health Catalogue of Services
  3. Register on the platform and submit a service request (including potential access to discounts, where applicable)
  4. Following your request, a matchmaking process is initiated where you will be connected with a relevant service provider and together, you assess whether your needs and their capabilities align and finally you proceed towards defining and agreeing on the service(s)

  5. Your contract is then defined and signed
