The third edition of the AI, Data and Robotics Forum (ADRF25) is fast approaching. The event is organised by the Adra Association  one of the CoordinaTEF partners, together with in collaboration with the European Commission and local host NORCE with the support of SINTEF and EDIH Oceanopolis.

As a gathering of Europe’s top minds in AI, Data, and Robotics, ADRF25 offers an unparalleled opportunity for TEFs (Testing and Experimentation Facilities) and those looking to engage with TEFs to connect with the broader AI ecosystem. From policymakers to researchers, startups to industry leaders, ADRF25 is where strategies are shaped, and partnerships are formed.

Why Should TEFs Attend?

TEFs play a critical role in the European strategy for trustworthy AI deployment and innovation. Attending ADRF25 allows TEFs and TEF stakeholders to:

  • Engage directly with the ADRA community, the public-private partnership shaping Europe’s AI, Data, and Robotics agenda.

  • Showcase their capabilities, pilots, and impact to a high-level audience through exhibition spaces and poster sessions.

  • Forge cross-sector collaborations with other TEFs, research organisations, and industry players.

  • Stay aligned with European AI, Data and Robotics priorities, funding opportunities, and upcoming calls relevant to experimentation facilities.

As part of its deepening collaboration with the TEF ecosystem, ADRF25 will also feature active participation from two European TEFs: AI-Matters and CitCom.ai. Their presence underscores the forum’s commitment to showcasing real-world AI experimentation across sectors—from manufacturing to smart cities—and highlights the essential role TEFs play in bridging innovation and deployment. Visitors will have the chance to engage directly with these TEFs through dedicated sessions and exhibition spaces, gaining insight into how tested, trustworthy AI solutions are being scaled across Europe.

Whether you're a TEF partner, prospective TEF collaborator, or policymaker interested in enabling trustworthy AI experimentation, ADRF25 is the place to be.

About ADRA and Their Role in CoordinaTEF

The AI, Data and Robotics Association (ADRA) is the voice of the European private sector in the AI, data, and robotics landscape. As a strategic partner in CoordinaTEF, ADRA supports the alignment of TEFs with Europe’s wider digital policy goals and ensures that the TEF ecosystem is connected with leading industrial and research stakeholders.

We invite all TEFs and interested actors to join Citcom.ai and AI MATTERS and ADRA at ADRF25 to explore how we can collectively shape a more innovative, sovereign, and resilient Europe.
